By participating in the Chameleon Candle Co Pty Ltd (trading as Chameleon Sand Candle) Affiliate Program, you agree to adhere to the following terms of service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
1. Scope of Sales
The Chameleon Candle Co Pty Ltd (trading as Chameleon Sand Candle) Affiliate Program is exclusively applicable to retail sales. Your referral link gives 20% off full-priced items. Wholesale transactions are excluded from this program, as they fall under a separate wholesale partnership arrangement. Affiliates are expected to target and promote products to retail customers only, ensuring their marketing efforts align with the retail orientation of the affiliate program. This distinction helps to maintain the integrity of each program and ensures that affiliates focus their efforts on the appropriate customer base.
2. Self-Referral Restrictions
Affiliates are not eligible to receive commission on purchases made through their own referral links. This policy is intended to prevent self-referrals and ensure that the affiliate program rewards genuine efforts to attract new customers to Chameleon Candle Co Pty Ltd (trading as Chameleon Sand Candle). 6. False Representation:
